* If purchased, Abandon Video requests to be notified whenever a video is published for their records, yet consent is not required. If not purchased, written consent is required for usage outside of Abandon Video’s set parameter in SECTION [A] of the contract.
In the event of an out-of-city/state shoot, all costs are to be recouped by the Purchaser. This includes gas, hotel, $30 per diem for all crew members, and any expenses occurred during the shoot (i.e. venue required filming charges).
